You can access all the search features from the 'Search' tab:

Before you can access the wealth of data at UK Census Online, you'll need to choose a subscription package. The site offers a number of premium options. You can choose your package here.
When you have a username and password, log in to go to the Search screen. Here, you can search for your ancestors in any of the datasets available on the site.
You can pin down your ancestors by performing a more detailed search of any record. In the Keyword Master Search select 'Smart Variants' to use the new phonetic engine or search for keywords such as places or profession.
